Examples of learning programs include:

  • EPC is our signature program that you'll take within the first 2 weeks of joining. It is an introduction to our way to approach the market, our methods and how we work
  • Various special training for those from specific backgrounds and at certain experience levels. Such as Listing Agents training, experienced workshops or introduction trainings for those joining from other branches
  • Introductory leadership and influencing skills workshops for those transitioning from Senior Consultant level to the Sales Manager level
  • Various Team leadership and management training for our Branch Managers learning to lead their Teams independently
